Pets beaches

After having visited South Tyrol, you can stop in another region for your Italy vacations with your dog, maybe for a holiday at the seaside. Italy is really doing much for its four-legged guests ; many hotels in the mountains and at the seaside accept pets. A seaside holidays region which is very well equipped for pets is Veneto, where it’s located the famous seaside resort of Bibione ; the « capital » of this region is the famous Venice !

If your dog comes to the beach with you, there are some simple rules to be respected : always bring plastic bags along and a small spade to clean up easily ; your dog should be taken to the beach early in the morning or late in the afternoon, when the heat isn’t so strong. Moreover, give him/her water often and pay attention that he/she doesn’t « quarrel » with other dogs.

Before leaving, take your dog to the veterinary surgeon to obtain a microchip ; thanks to this small device, if he/she gets lost, it will be much easier to find him/her again.
